1 Chronicles 4:10

The Jabez Connection becomes the relational bridge connecting THEN, NOW, and LATER. The original Jabez Connection established an important foundation. The T.N.L. Initiative builds upon that foundation by expanding its purpose through four strategic expressions:

 

 

1. CONNECTIVITY

Connecting leaders across the nation and around the world.

         Creating opportunities for leaders to:

• Build relationships.

• Share ministry experiences.

• Showcase gifts and accomplishments.

• Gain leadership exposure.

2. CREATIVITY

Creating environments where people of African Descent can celebrate cultural diversity while eliminating barriers that prevent greater kingdom unity. The emphasis is: Different cultures. One Kingdom. One Mission. One Church.

 

3. CULTIVATION

         Cultivating people through:

• Education.

• Spiritual development.

• Leadership development.

• Mentoring.

• Coaching.

• Discipleship.

• Identification of emerging leaders.

This moves Jabez from simply connecting people to developing people.

 

4. COLLABORATION

Collaboration means we intentionally move from working alongside one another to working with one another.

         ADM will seek opportunities to collaborate with:

• Fellowship Leaders

• Regional Leaders

• Pastors

• Church leaders
