African Descent Ministries exists to honor our legacy, strengthen the present, and prepare the future by connecting people, developing leaders, strengthening churches, and cultivating the next generation. Through creativity, collaboration, and Kingdom partnerships, we equip, empower, engage, educate, and evangelize to advance the Gospel and expand the Kingdom of God.

THEN represents our responsibility to honor those who came before us. We recognize the pioneers, trailblazers, pastors, leaders, missionaries, evangelists, and members whose faith, sacrifice, perseverance, and obedience helped establish the foundation upon which we now stand.
THEN focuses on: Celebrating pioneers and trailblazers; Preserving our Pentecostal heritage; Documenting testimonies and history; Learning from previous generations and more.
NOW — Engaging Our Present
NOW represents our responsibility to address the realities facing our churches, pastors, leaders, families, and communities today. This is where ADM becomes intensely practical.
NOW focuses on: Leadership; Church Development; Financial Empowerment and more
LATER — Shaping Our Future
LATER represents our responsibility to prepare for people who have not yet arrived at the table. This is where succession, mentorship, coaching, leadership development, and sustainability become critical.
LATER focuses on Developing emerging leaders; Mentoring and coaching the next generation; Identifying leaders with potential for greater responsibility; Developing sustainable ministry strategies and more.
